Nutrition Coaching

 

It's guidance, support, education, and accountability around nutrition. It's an action plan, a road map, and a toolkit to learn how to eat well for YOUR body and YOUR lifestyle, in a way that fits easily into your life. It teaches you how to eat, and how to think about eating, so you can focus on it less and focus on everything else more.

It's NOT restrictive dieting, calorie counting, frequent weigh-ins, or hard-to-follow meal plans. (It's also not designed to treat or manage any specific conditions; please work with a Registered Dietitian for those concerns.)

Personal Training

 

Working one-on-one with a personal trainer will improve your technique and mechanics, teach you new exercises and movements to enhance your workouts, and challenge you to improve your strength, stamina, and stability.

A great trainer is a knowledgeable coach and a guide, and an empathetic supporter. Workouts are customized to each individual’s needs, goals, and ability levels. Train in person at The Arena Club or virtually from the comfort of your own home.

Small Group Training

 

All the benefits of personal training, plus the fun and accountability of team training. Current small group offerings include strength training, outdoor conditioning, and kettlebells.

Small group training makes personal training more affordable by splitting the cost among a group, while maintaining the personal feel of an individual session.

Find some friends or neighbors and schedule a small group workout at a day and time that works for you.
